A custom drawing order is placed through the shop. The order is confirmed only after 100% prepayment has been received. Work starts after the payment arrives.

The customer is responsible for having the right to use the submitted photos.

All prices are shown in euros (€). The seller is a private individual, so no VAT is added. Shipping and packaging within Estonia is always €8 and is added to the order total. There is no free shipping.

The portrait price includes one person. Each additional person on the same drawing costs €100 per person. Car drawings are priced per car.

Payment is made by bank transfer using the order number and the buyer's name as the reference. 100% prepayment is required — the order is confirmed and work begins only once the full amount has been received.

A custom A3 drawing is usually completed within 2–3 weeks of order confirmation. Before shipping, we show you the finished drawing on video or in Messenger so you can see exactly what you will receive.

Orders are shipped within Estonia in protective packaging to an Omniva or DPD parcel locker. Shipping and packaging costs €8 per order. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Risk passes to the customer when the parcel is delivered.

Every drawing is made to order according to the customer's personal specifications. Therefore the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply and drawings cannot be returned (Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 53(4)(3); EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(c)).

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos of the item and packaging. We will repair or redraw the item, or refund it if that is not possible. Consumers may make a claim within 2 years of receipt.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (ttja.ee) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.

Drawing Minute retains the copyright of all artworks. The customer receives the physical artwork for personal use. We may show finished works in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
